The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Great value for money. The staff were very welcoming, particularly Mai on reception. She was always available to support us.

“Luxury in Dong Hoi”
In general, the hotel felt really luxurious and fancy, the rooms were amazing and really comfortable. I was impressed when I walked into my room, it was stunning, and the view was great as well. Location was ok, not too far from the bus station to go to Phong Nha so that's a plus.

The hotel was in a good location - close to the train station which helped us out. There were a number of restaurants and cafes around which made getting to dinner fairly straight-forward. The rooms were a decent size and reasonably comfortable.

New hotel with a nice pool and small gym. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It's a little far from the city centre but you are aware of that before booking. Value is great, would definitely recommend.
