I arrived at the facility late and there was no one to accommodate me. While I had dropped them a message via Booking messaging portal that I will be late. Due to this I had to sleep in my car out in the cold weather. It was a very unpleasant situation for me. I would like to get compensation for this.

“Great bike tour stop over”
Very clean room. Great shower. Great bed linen. Great restaurant staff. Good value, good food in the restaurant. Breakfast good.

“Great Dömitz stay”
Industrial look hotel. Great breakfast and dinner was excellent. Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Bike storage as we were travelling by bicycles.

“The good value, comfortable and friendly stay I have come to expect.”
Good buffet breakfast. Clean room. Note that there are no staff at reception before 3pm. So no check in until 3pm.

Nice big room and lovely location, the staff we spoke to were very nice. We didn’t get to use the pool due to only staying one night but it looked very nice and we saw it being cleaned well in the morning
