“Perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Domfront”

Wonderful location in the centre of the old town. Beautiful spacious apartment. Very comfortable and had everything you needed

The location was perfect. Such a cute apartment with narrow stairs—charming and quirky since the building is old. Comfortable bed. Perfect for a large group. Clean and well-equipped. Plenty of bathrooms (three in total). Lovely living room and a wonderful terrace

“Great apartment in the centre of town”

Great apartment for us and the kids. They had their own rooms and bathroom!!. Location is great, right in the centre of town. all you needed was there, lovely secluded outdoor space too. Free parking round the corner too.

“Relaxing, just what was needed.”

The location was good and walking distance to a couple of restaurants and cafes as well as the bakers to collect fresh croissants and baguettes, the local supermarket was a short drive away too. Domfront is a lovely medieval village with lots of history to explore. The house itself is beautifully furnished and the outside seating area was an added bonus. The shower room on the first floor is large and the shower was great. The bedroom with the ensuite bath and toilet was beneficial to our parents so they did not need to go downstairs to use the bathroom once they were in their bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday.

The location within the old town is great. Although there is no parking on the small street, it is possible to stop for loading /unloading and then a handy parking area (free) by the Palaise de Justice. A short walk to the Touriste Information and plenty of places to visit in the area. The apartment is well equipped, and the laundry room on the ground floor ideal.

“Good position. Difficult stairs for elderly people.”

We did not know about the difficulties of narrow steep stairs .If we had we wouldn't have booked this property as my sister has very poor eyesight.

Carl & Bev have created a beautiful, comfortable property with excellent amenities. it’s full of character and is a brilliant base from which to explore local restaurants and the wider region. parking nearby was easy and we especially appreciated the dressing gowns being made available. the outside area was lovely too!

“Fantastic town location.”

We liked everything about our stay in this house, Carl and Bev have left nothing to chance and everything was higher than our expectation. We would very much like to return to this house. It is very conveniently placed for shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. We used it as a base to look for our own property in france and it suited our needs to the letter. Very easy to access the building, with a keysafe entry process, so no stress.

“Wonderful place”

The house was big with 3 bedrooms and a large living area and garden/patio. The facilities were good...washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, freezer. The rooms were comfortable. Location was excellent right in centre of quaint old village. Hosts were responsive and welcoming.
