“5 nights in Dombas”
On my arrival the staff were super friendly. Check in was easy and staff were happy to provide me with plenty of local knowledge. They also reassured me on a few queries I had about transport around the area. The staff also allowed me to store my luggage with them for many hours after my check-out which I was very grateful for. The lobby area is open and welcoming with plenty of places to make yourself comfortable. I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast and occasionally using the gym. The hotel is centrally located in the village of Dombas, making it the ideal place if you're wishing to travel between the cities of Trondheim and Oslo either in your own transport or via public transport. There are decent grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel too. Overall, I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at The Dombas hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

10 mins walk from Dombas rail station. Large modern building geared up for groups - good buffet meal from 18:00 to 21:00. Breakfast good. Room comfortable, large shower. Geared up for disabled access - lift, automatic doors etc. Despite catering for large, hotel was very quiet.

“A nice low rainfall area....!”
Excellent service and easy to walk to Dombås town centre. Excellent breakfast and access to sauna, bar and restaurant. You can see a muskox in the foyer. Great locality for nature, walking and outdoor activities. A hotel feel with good view where I was and good bathroom. Really good as a winter sports base as well.

Breakfast was "good enough" and we were glad it was provided, but of the 4 hotels we have stayed at in Norway, it would rank 4th. Good beds.

“Great place to stay in Dombas”
The 2 floor suite was great. Lots of room to just relax. Nice terrace at the top to enjoy a drink on sunny days (which we had while we were there) The suite was a great price and well worth it, book it if its available. I thought the breakfast was good. It has the usual European selection of breads, meats and cheese. Plus eggs, bacon, sausage and beans. I think potatoes as well but I didnt have them. Also has yougurt and fruit. Its really all you need. They offer coffee in the restaurant 24 hours

“A lovely hotel for a short stopover”
The hotel is modern and well equipped. The breakfast was the best buffet we had in Norway. We had the dinner buffet at the hotel, there was a good choice of food, nicely cooked and it is exceptionally good value for money at 195 Nok if you are a guest at the hotel. Our room was the presidential suite with a large balcony and Mountain View.
