The old building was well adapted into a hotel. I also liked the old town area it was in.

My loft room was spacious and well equipped with everything and more. Parking in front of hotel was easy (not sure what it be like on a busy weekend?). Breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

The location of the hotel at the central city square is excellent and once you are in, the room is nice and sufficiently equipped with even some kitchen facilities and a good double bed although the position under the slated roof makes the access for the person lying on the right hand side of the bed somewhat difficult.

Self-checkin, even resetting the data in advance did not help, I had to do it again when I arrived, very annoying.

“Avoid to go there”

The check-in must be done via a machine that was not working and no receptionist was available. We called the receptionist and she was not able to speak a fluent English nor to help. They are asking to be paid at the check-in, not at the check-out time. The day after, a receptionist came to the breakfast area and he asked to be paid by cash, speaking just in Czeck or German. Poor self-service breakfast - you have to bring back glasses and dishes nearby the dishwasher and no room service if you do not put the proper advice on the door of the room.
