In lovely countryside location surrounded by wide, open fields yet with trees and a garden courtyard for relaxing in. Very quiet as no passing traffic being at the end of a cul-de-sac some distance from the local minor road. Extensive selection of jams and cheeses including goats and sheep milk varieties. Great garden room with sofa. Thanks Didier and Veronique.

“Quiet and secluded, peaceful and relaxing. We were very comfortable and would like to go back again.”
The location was perfect for us - a quiet spot nestled between corn and sunflower fields. I would love to see the sunflowers at peak (probably mid-July to mid-August). The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and happy to share their home. The rooms are in the same building as the hosts but separated by an entry hall. We were greeted at the door and shown to our room, which included a comfortable bed, couch, and large bathroom with a claw-foot tub and separate shower. Hosts stocked the room with coffee, assorted teas, and chocolate on the pillow. Very French countryside feel. They have animals on the property including a donkey and chickens. We would definitely go back.

“Petit paradis”
La Fosse Seche is a little paradise. Very quiet, with lovely hosts who do their utmost to accommodate their guests. The evening skies are gorgeous, the pool is clean and refreshing, and the donkeys and other animals are a great bonus especially with kids. We stayed in the family room with 3p, plenty of space and everything we needed (small fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery) and more (large selection of boardgames). Do try the breakfast :-). Many small towns nearby where you can eat out and sightsee. You do need a car.
