Our family spent three wonderful days here. The apartment is tucked away in a small, picturesque town just outside of Venice. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the convenient online system. The place itself is so spacious and sparkling clean, with two bedrooms featuring huge, comfortable beds, a modern bathroom, and a lovely open-plan kitchen. Everything felt fresh and high-quality, from the linens to the recent renovation. The kitchen had every single thing we needed to cook. We were so touched to find a bottle of Italian red wine and some cookies waiting for us on the table when we arrived—such a lovely welcome! It’s located in a very peaceful area, right above a charming little café. Honestly, we never heard a peep from the staff or the customers. But every morning around 5 AM, you get the most magical wake-up call: the cheerful chirping of local birds and the mouth-watering scent of freshly baked croissants. It’s absolutely heavenly! 😁 You just soak it all in and drift back to sleep with a smile.

The location is great, a few minute's walk from some shops and restaurants. The parking is secure, we got the key from the gate door. In the apartment we were welcomed by a bottle of wine, four small bottles of water and a packet of Italian cookies. The apartment is spacious and clean. There was a coffee machine and Nespreso capsules. The owner was helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. The town of Dolo is just some 30 minutes away from Venice which was great for our day trips.

We chose this apartment for a one-night stay while in transit and were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and is conveniently located near several restaurants. The town of Dolo itself was a lovely discovery — charming and peaceful, perfect for a short stop.

Spacious, clean and well-kept apartment in the center of Dolo with air conditioning. Safe and convenient parking. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and also bus stops. We felt almost like at home. :) The check-in process is simple, owner is very nice and helpful. Bakery downstairs is also a very important plus. :D

Lovely spacious apartment, with full kitchen, bright bathroom with good shower, and private parking - very comfortable and well-located. Have a spritz overlooking the river in Dolo, see the elegant villas, and hop in to Venica or Padova - all easy to get to. The host communicated well, and, using photos and lots of info, made self-check-in super easy. The wine and biscuits were a very welcoming touch. Recommended!

Clean. 2 rooms which we wanted. We had to ask them to make up the second room but that was not a problem.

Very comfortable, elegant and clean apartment with a private parking space ( inside the gate ). Easy check-in ( via key-box ) and very good comunication with the host. In a few minutes walk there is E53 bus stop "Dolo centrale" ( 40 min. to get to "Piazzale Roma" in Venice ).

The apartment is located close to the city center. It is very spacious and clean, easy to find with clear instructions, very well equipped (the coffee filter was very appreciated), 2 double beds with very comfortable mattresses. Parking is a super bonus, I left the car and used the bus to Venice, the bus stop being in front of the apartment. We thank the host for his seriousness and speed.

Everything was good. Place is between Venezia and Padova. Cheapest in all region, comfortable, clean, parking on the property. It is more beautiful than in the pictures, elegant with style.
