“Perfect Slovak getaway weekend”
We stayed in the Treehouse. Kids loved it, especially the bunkbeds. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. It is part of Pension Koliba, which is very convenient for breakfast etc. The staff is lovely and the food delicious. Dolny Kubin is a great location to visit the area (Orava Castle, Kubinska Hola...)

“One of the BEST in Slovakia”
It was one of the best in entire Skovajia era evere stayed in for holiday kids loved the fairy tail cottage. It was really lovely and cute place. Clean and cosy. The restaurant was 10 out of 10. Delicious food. And obly 15 mins from ski resort Kubinka. We can't wait to come back aga8n!!

“Wonderful!”
We stayed at the Gingerbread House and we absolutely loved it. The house (and the neighboring ones too) was charming, beautifully decorated with lovely fairytale details and all the comforts we could need inside. The staff were super nice, food in the nearby restaurant was tasty and we are already eyeing up the other houses for a future visit :)

“Maximum satisfaction”
I am travelling a lot and this was one of best accommodations I ever rented. This property (Hobbits house) is completely separated from other little houses in Fairytale village so if you travel with kids they can be as noisy as you personally accept and no one will be disturbed. It is specious with big hall & kitchen that has all equipment you have in your kitchen at home. Also I really have to mention the shower!! wow. Specious, modern, very pleasant like another playground for kids 🤫 All together as I mentioned in the beginning of this review. Me and my family are satisfied customers and will definitely return again soon.

“Excellent christmas retreat”
Excellent beds, very good atmosphere, hospitable reception. Wood burning fireplace (wood included) very recommendable!!! Child friendly. Electric car friendly (free of charge)
