The hosts were very kind and helpful, the room was nice and cosy, and spotlessly clean, the food was delicious. We spent an amazing time there. We will definitely go back again 🙂

“Outstanding place to stay, kind and helpful hosts!”
We had wonderful hosts, they are very attentive and hospitable. They offer breakfast and dinner, beer on tap, and coffee in the morning. We had great rooms, which were sparkling clean and the location of the property is really good for short hikes. Very beautiful landmarks nearby can be reached by car. They explained all the sights you can find nearby and taught us some slovakian words :) We are hoping to stay here again when we come back to visit friends.

The host was super nice and attentive . He even waited for us to arrive late in the evening because of the heavy snowfall. Had a good conversation as well by the breakfast turn out we grew up in the same city . Super recommended !

The owner was great, friendly and extremely accommodating. He arranged dinner and breakfast just for us. This place is a perfect getaway location for hiking and touristic activities in Orava region.

“Great stay in the beautiful area of Slovakia mountain region”
Great place to stay when you are visiting the area. You need mean of transport or to use taxi/public transport to get around. The penzion is little bit away from the main touristic centre. Great as a base for your hiking holiday. Beautiful surrounding. Host will try to accommodate your needs.

One amazing hotel. The room was super clean, very comfortable in this newly renovated 19th historic building. The owners were there for our every needs and gave us advice in visiting the area.. The breakfast was also great!

“Very good place for a short or long stay”
Comfort, clean, friendly, calm area, near center. Seems far from the city, but is a easy pleasant walk. There is also a city bus station in front of the Penzión. Also nice hiking paths near by and mountain view.

The food was very nice, a dinner was home cooked one. The Bread for a breakfast was nice soft and tasty, tv had a great screen. We found the place easy- it is just the town name is Vyšný Kubín and not Dolný Kubín
