Hotel Kristal is interconnected with an underground passage that leads to the indoor pools. There are three indoor pools in the hotel with thermal water with the temperature of 36°c, aperitif bar, club facilities and an information point, where guests have the access to the internet. “It was a comfortable, peaceful, calming and restful experience.”
We were surprisingly upgraded and satisfied with the shift as we got a huge balcony among other privileges. Only, the bathroom was a bit difficult for my mother because of the tub instead of a shower. Comfortable access to the swimming pools, both new and "old"; cute settlement, remote, peaceful; cozy and homey atmosphere within a delicate temporary community (mostly patients in rehab programs). Delicious meals, almost too rich - one feels privileged to be served so well.

“everything except the room”
Hotel is on nice location, connected with a new one and all shared facilities are really good . breakfast/dinner offers - high marks spa center quite nice as well , with hot pool and saunas, polite staff at the reception, lady which was mopping floors literally did not take breaks
