Little patio outside the house where I could leave my bike safely. Well equipped kitchen and coffee machine with coffee pads, what luxury! Comfy bed.

Dole is a beautiful town and this is great accommodation to use as a base. 5 minutes drive to the center and also quite walkable Very nicely designed apartment , which was absolutely immaculate. Comfortable bed and very good shower. Comfortable sofa and good TV Good parking space. Excellent reservation process with very helpful owner.

Fabien created (with his own hands) a wonderful appartement with a lot of cool facilities (like a Beamer and the dorm with free netflix, Amazon prime etc. ) Free parking next to the house. Everything is New, clean and tidy. We can recommend 100%

Host communicated clearly, welcoming us to the apartment. Parking on site. Apartment is well-appointed with nice modern furnishing and good use of the space. Outdoor seating area. Kitchen and washing machine for longer stays. Very quiet and peaceful.

“Great stay, amazing value for money”

Fabien has done a brilliant job in renovating this property and furnishing and equiping to a very high standard. All very clean and tidy. In quite residential location about 10 min walk from town. Exceptional value for money. Fabien made check in very easy for which we were very grateful as on motorbike on very hot day and needed to get out of bike gear!

A little eccentric with lots of charm. The on-site parking was a big bonus as was the quiet neighbourhood, which was very close to the centre.

Really good renovation and nicely appointed and decorated. Off street parking right at the door. Easy walk into Dole centre, and Dole is a gem of a town. Fabien was very helpful though we never actually met

Parking was very convenient. Communication was amazing even though the host spoke minimal English. Everything is operated via WiFi so that is cool. Everything is as seen in the photos. The host clearly cares for guests which is appreciated.

great location with service nearby in the area, close to everything, and cycling routes. Safe storage places for car and bikes in the yard. Dole is the perfect place for cycling with many different routes help by the application Komoot. The apartment was very suitable for two people, Fabian decorated it nicely, and Wi-Fi connection is perfect. Fabian is the most friendly and helpful host.
