Room is spacious, clean, well equipped with a fantastic view.

Housekeeping was consistent and thoroughly cleans the room. Quality of food in Bywater is great. Staffs are friendly and works very hard! New bar at the beach, it's lovely but they just need to extend the operating hours (currently closes at 7pm) as it will be a nice spot to relax in the evening.

Great breakfast and location

Waldorf Astoria Doha is a 10/10 , a hotel that really knows how to treat guests. The location is the best , 10min walk to the mall etc. The pool and beach was outstanding, the service from the waiters is extremely good. Loved the food, Sushi Samba was my fave. Its really a family hotel. Room space was perfect, my kids really loved the water activities. Adult only pool was beautiful. The beach club is one of my faves especially if you need some time out from your kids.This is definitely my go to hotel in Doha, will definitely be back. Christmas brunch was absolutely worth it, I couldn't have ask for more. The hotel really goes all out with a huge spread of delicious foods, good entertainment for kids and adults. The one thing that made this hotel so special is the attention to detail, almost every night we had something special in our rooms and guest service always checking in to check if everything is okay with us . That was really special. This was my first time in Doha but definitely not my last. Waldorf Astoria Doha definitely ticks all the boxes .

I stayed three hoursr waiting for thr reception to receive ur comfirmation, and i was already charged, then i left, i made an other booking new one hust to sleep, found out u guys c sncled sfter all

I asked for an otc medicine and I was told to get it myself which is a bit strange.

Brilliant breakfast buffet, was offered cheaper rate for breakfast on check in in comparison to off we paid per day as we wanted to try other cafes around. Pool area is big, child friendly with lovely staff. Room is decorated nice and is spacious.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities perfect for a family staycation with two pools and small children’s water park and direct access to a lovely beach and plenty of sun beds and cabanas. Good choice of restaurants and menu by the pool and excellent staff and service received from all staff. There was also a promotion of 25% discount in bottle service which included a fresh fruit platter. We stayed for a birthday and the hotel was able to provide balloons and a cake arranged by Hasheem. There is also a surf machine and other activities where my daughter was assisted by Niluka from Sri Lanka who was very patient and friendly. You can also head to sushi samba side or beach for a more private adult environment. Breakfast was adequate but nothing extraordinary. We had dinner in Scarpetta where the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our needs and provided a great experience. Only complaint was the slow and late check in time, and on check out the. Hill was issued at a extra 300qr due to a “glitch” which I was unable to confirm myself and the very long wait time for valet for my car on departure which took almost one hour which time could have been spent enjoying the pool or beach etc. my daughter also left her T-shirt in the bathroom and ran back 15 minutes later to retrieve it but no one one was able to locate it.
