Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations – the facilities, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and especially the staff. What truly sets this place apart is their extraordinary level of service. Our son unfortunately lost his toy during our stay, and to our complete surprise, the front office team went above and beyond – they personally went out the next day and bought him the exact same toy. This is something I have never experienced anywhere in the world. This level of care, dedication, and genuine kindness is simply incredible. It’s not just a hotel, it’s an experience driven by people who truly care about their guests. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel and the best staff I have ever encountered in my life. Hats off to the entire team – you are doing an amazing job. We will definitely be coming back.

Room was absolutely amazingly, had everything that was needed for our short stay. Stored our luggage both on arrival and when departing. Breakfast absolutely amazing and with my allergies I was able to find plenty of things to suit. Location was excellent and stunning views. We could not have asked for more particularly being our first time in a different country.

“The best hotel we have ever stayed at!”
Wow, where to start? Quite honestly the best hotel I have been to, for a number of reasons: The service and hospitality is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Every member of staff makes you feel like the most valued guest they have ever hosted. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel like royalty. The hotel itself is stunning, such beautiful features throughout. It is spotlessly clean and has been built and maintained to the highest standards. It was Ramadan during our stay, so there were a number of restaurants closed (both at the hotel resort and throughout Doha itself). Despite this, the hotel ensured that there were still food options available through the day. We were on the half board package, which included dinner at Rivaaj, Astor Grill and Sarab Lounge. Each of these restaurants were amazing, with high quality food and service. I could carry on all day about how amazing our stay was, but I wanted to give a special shout out to staff members Maged, Roula, Damith and Keanna who went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. No request was too big, and they are a credit to the St Regis. Every staff member was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back one day!
