During my stay, I liked that the staff were helpful and polite, and even though the check-in was delayed because I didn’t have my ID or passport at first, the process was handled smoothly once I brought them. I also appreciated that the environment was peaceful, with no noise from nearby rooms, which made the stay pleasant.

It was our first time here & Everything I liked about this Hotel. Absolutely Family friendly, Reception staff are the best esp. "Vhargese" I hope I spelled his name correctly. He made my birthday extra special with complimentary Cake. The welcome cookies is a surprise too. I also want to thank the big guy at the pool "lifeguard in duty both day & night both are amazing!

“EXCELLENT stay to unwind and have a much deserved short break / staycation”
Dinner and breakfast was amazing. The Front desk staff (Hazel, Akhil, Noon) are so nice and very accommodating. The F&B staffs (Gulmira, the burmese lady, the Filipno staff during breakfast, as well Chef who were so nice & approachable) are also nice and very attentive. We had an amazing F&B experience. The Room 3018 is nice and spacious with a good view. Over all rating from 1- 10 , our stay is definitely a 10.9%

We booked a stay at this hotel for myself and three of my retired friends, all of whom have more than 45 years of experience in the travel, tourism, and aviation industry. After staying for three nights, we all agreed that the hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. What impressed us the most was the warm hospitality and the constant smiles from the staff across all departments, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast was of a high standard, with a wide variety of delicious options. However, we feel that dinner could benefit from a bit more variety and improvement in taste. The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to the metro station, and it also offers free parking, which is very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and have all agreed that we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on our future visits.
