Some of the facilities were amazing - the pool in particular which is naturally the biggest draw and it lived up to expectations.

We stayed in one bed villa with a pool for one week and it was our best holiday. The whole estate is beautiful and villa very comfortable and private. The staff is exceptional. Specially Michelle was amazing and made sure we had our best experience in Doha. From every one at the reception to door was extremely polite, nice and helpful. ( Waqas, Happy , Roshan and all others thank you very much ) Breakfast and room service is very good and available for 24 hours. Arrangements for the sahoor and Iftar were very good. There are so many facilities at the resort that we couldn’t do all of them and will come back again. I must say we were looked after very well and would love to come again and again.

We loved the outdoor and the indoor spa with the indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The hospitality was amazing too, especially Michelle who looked after us throughout our stay.

Very disappointing stay. We found two mice during our visit. When we reported the first one, the staff did not take it seriously. Only after the second incident—and after we insisted they stay until the mouse was caught—did they act. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. Not recommended

This hotel is behind my heart. The top experience. Great hospitality from the staff, everyone is super polite and tries to help without disturbing overattention. Big variety of food on breakfast: both European and Asian. Very comfortable villa (we had 3bdr villa): spacious, well equipped. All functions of smart control worked perfectly. It worth to mention separately the green territory of the hotel. Trees, flowers, bushes, ponds, fountains everything is under regular maintenance, clean and work. They even have 2 routes for jogging, inside the hotel. 2 kms if I'm not mistaken. I was afraid of its location, but Uber is super cheap and convenient in Doha I was afraid of close location to the highway, but didn't hear any noise from the road inside the hotel. I was afraid that water in the private pool will be cold (it was early January), but the hotel warmed up it good enough.
