The owner was nice and accommodating, helping me switch room when requested and followed pricings on the website. The room was spacious as pictured. The facilities are basic, though as expected. We came in a cold rainy week, so even though all the beddings seemed clean, it felt very humid. The room gets cold at night, so it'd be best to use the aircon for heating if needed.

Clean spacious rooms with big bathroom. Owners were very sweet and always greeted us every time we returned and offered us tea. Everything was within 20-30 min walking distance. Would recommend this hotel.

“Amazing value in an incredible location”
The price was unmatched, the owner upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony view. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was amazing - very close to many restaurants and the night market. Perfect spot for an impromptu stay while doing the Ha Giang Loop. Friendly owner.
