Our sole reason for going to Dong Van was to visit the ethnic Sunday market. That was an amazing experience. I chose this hotel because it was literally a one minute walk to the market.

“Verypl”
The bed and sheets were so comfortable. Yes it was a hard mattresses and that what I like. The owners were so helpful and just made my stay great. Plenty of places not far away to eat. Good hot shower.

“Good hotel after a long ride”
Hotel is clean with is hot water and heater! So we were very happy to stay here after a cold and wet trip through the mountains. The beds are rock-hard though but we slept well. Don’t expect luxury.

Relatively clean, Air conditioner can be changed to heater when the weather was quite cold at night, water kettle for us to make tea in the room, hair dryer, although the owner can't speak much English, we could communicate through Google translate, they helped to arrange for our transport back to Ha Giang and to rent a motorbike for a day trip around dong van (bike wasn't great but not sure about the condition of bikes from rental company), a lot of trekking potential in dong van, really enjoyed the treks between villages, very beautiful scenery
