Location is stunning

The cabin is nice and cozy. The kitchen is useful for me. Nice view from the room.

Amazing apartment with a view. The host was nice, helped while we were stuck in the area because of the road closure. All needed equipment was there, event a grill for sandwiches

The houses are absolutely amazing! Beautiful location, gorgeous view, all amenities one might need. After a week in Iceland this was probably the best stay so far. It wasn’t cheap, but worth it.

The location was lovely and peaceful but the the cabin, well what a beautiful cabin it was, the finish was top quality, it was lovely and clean, had everything I needed for my stay

Location is excellent if you are travelling on the Eastern route. Nice scenery. Was given unit 6 which is very private but unit 5 will have better facing in my opinion. The unit can be improved if additional heating given as it is a bit cold for such size.

“Fairytale sunrises at the end of the year”

I really liked the place. It's a great place to be in December because you can't see the sun everywhere at this time of year. Here, the end of the year and the beginning of the new year were made even more enjoyable by beautiful sunrises. It's a great place for dogs, and you can walk to lots of interesting places.

Our group had a lovely stay in this place! The house was beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything a traveler might need to feel at home. The house was very comfortable and the localization was breathtaking, waking up there was the perfect start to another day traveling through Iceland. I would 100% recommend this place!

“Outstanding!”

This was by far the nicest place we have stayed at. It was super clean and had a great view from the porch over the water and the sunset. We chose this location as a stop along the way and with the hopes of seeing the northern lights and were not disappointed. Beautiful and thank you Krakhamar appartments for making our last day in Iceland so special.

The place is beautiful — though not quite as outstanding as some of the previous reviews suggested — and everything inside looks almost brand new. The surroundings are lovely, but the sea isn’t as close as described. We did see our only aurora there, although the lights from the neighboring cottages didn’t help much. Still, it was available for our travel dates and reasonably priced. The sofa bed was already set up for our son — a nice gesture.
