This is the place if you are looking for lovely nature and a calm environment! A nice lake in front of the breakfast/dinner room and a nice hike just outside the door. The location is fabulous! There are several hiking tracks in the area (you need a car or bicycle). The place has also a nice history, of which the owners can tell you. Well worth the money!

I liked everything really! Under new management, this place had all I wanted and needed. Jonas and Peter were very friendly and helpful. The location was truly magical, I was overwhelmed by its beauty. I was lucky to be there when white wild anemones were in bloom. My room was lovely, clean and big with the lake view. Quiet and peaceful place close to natural reserve with easy walking trails. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice place in the most beautiful nature, a place you really can relax in. I like everything there, both hosts and staffs was so nice and friendly. You really feel yourself welcome.

Great location in the Swedish countryside, but still relatively close to the city. Wonderful people, too!

What a little gem this place is. Jonas and Peter really looked after me during my stay. The meny is small but the food is amazing. Nice room also. Can recommend the woodfired sauna by the lake and all the beautiful walking trails. Will definitely be back soon again.

Beautiful location next to the lake, with many hikes nearby. Neat rooms with good facilities and also pet friendly. The sauna on the lake was a great plus!

Good breakfirst, good view Map wrong navigated to opposite side of the road with 50meters distance, if u cant find it, look around to find a high flag stick. No room available, very appreciate owner to arrange staff room for us.

The hotel is nicely located by the lake. Nicely sorrounding nature.

Best part of the stay (actually there were 3): the young gent taking care of everything from front-desk, to kitchen, to sauna - he's a keeper. The wood-burning sauna on the lake was mystical and breakfast kept me running till the next day (so full)

Beautiful view, kind staff comfortable rooms

The hotel is beautifully located by the lake, with lovely nature in the surroundings. We had a great stay there, enjoying the hotel's sauna in the frozen lake. We learned that there was a change in management in 2025, and the new team took excellent care of us: Very friendly and attentative, excellent food both for breakfast and dinner, simply a lovely stay!
