“The stay was extremely disappointing”
This was by far the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. Before check-in, the host did not provide any instructions on how to access the property or where to find the keys. I tried calling, emailing, and messaging multiple times, but received no response at all. Check-in time was 4 PM, and in the freezing cold, with a young child, we were left standing outside the house trying to figure things out on our own. We eventually had to search for the key ourselves, which was extremely stressful and frustrating. We stayed for four days and three nights, and the house had only three half-used rolls of toilet paper for two bathrooms. One of the upstairs toilets had a broken or poorly installed seat, making it unusable. The facilities overall were very basic and not well maintained. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a host before. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved our stay! Chalet was modern, warm & quiet with well equipped kitchen. New fire place was great, excellent location, highly recommend! Best things were how nicely decorated it was and it was clear that the host wanted it to feel cosy. Also so close to the Onsen which is the best reason to stay in Dinner Plain. I never get sore muscles when I go to the Onsen after skiing. Easy walk to the bus stop.

“Lovely Chalet”
Lovely property. Clean, comfortable and close to transport, restaurants and shops. The host was also very good with communication and we loved the late checkout time.

“Please let surprises by the accommodation.”
Bigger than expected. Pictures didn’t show a lot so it was a pleasant surprise to have as much space as we did.
