I booked this very last minute on a trip back from Hamburg, communication was really easy, rooms are nice, lots of safe parking, and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

I travel a lot with my work and this hotel has such a homely feel to it. Really nice touch with candles burning on the steps outside and they could not have been more friendly or welcoming. They went to the trouble of setting my breakfast table for me which was a lovely touch (image attached). I also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. Big thank you to the team. I will be back as I have more business in Dinklage!!

“Excellent dog-friendly stay”

I love the fact it is close to Autobahn, no need to drive far when passing through. The hotel and its owners are dog-friendly, offering a great service. I am commuting once a year and have stayed now two times at this hotel. Excellent food in the restaurant and good quality breakfast, all you need in addition to a good sleep on a long drive. My dog loves the wood opposite the hotel.

We stopped here only one night on our way back from Travemunde ferry terminal when we were on our way home from Finland to Netherlands.

Lovely peaceful location. Attentive, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. We received a free room upgrade due to error with booking. The replacement rooms met expectations. Dinklage short drive away and plenty of parking available for restaurants.

The owner was very polite and helpful and made us feel right at home. The room and amenities were good and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also pretty good,easy to get to from the motorway and close to the small towncenter where to you can take an easy walk.

This is a gem of a small boutique hotel in a beautiful country side location. The food at their restaurant was simply delicious and we enjoyed the friendly personnel and their dog friendly attitude. The breakfast was served in a very tasteful manner. Plentiful with a great variation of items. We also enjoyed the tasteful decor and interior design of the hotel and the beautiful garden restaurant.

“Road trip stopover”

It is in the perfect location close to the motorway and in the middle of the woods, we went for a walk after long hours in the car. It is clean, quiet and room was spacious, very comfortable beds. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
