Excellent location, right on market place. Very friendly staff and well furnished rooms. The breakfast has a wide selection of choices. Dinkelsbühl is a charming little place, worth to stay a day or two.

Advantages: 1) Amazing SPA area—very cozy and comfortable, featuring three saunas and a lovely swimming pool. 2) Delicious breakfasts. 3) Good restaurant for dinner; I would rate it 8 out of 10. They put in a lot of effort, though some dishes could be improved. The wine menu is somewhat limited. 4) New, fresh, and recently renovated hotel. 5) Excellent location. 6) Convenient parking (if you have it) 7) Positive hotel staff

The location was perfect , the staff were so helpful and friendly and the swimming pool was lovely . I have not one negative thing to say about this lovely hotel .

The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate all our wishes. We checked in earlier, they provided information about parking. The spa area was really exceptional, quite and well maintained with a lot privacy, modern design and good taste. The whole hotel felt modern with a warm touch and historic highlights. The food was great and worth every penny. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruits, live cooking and a good variety of local and continental food.

The personnel is beautiful, all of them speaks english. We asked to leave the car in the courtyard of the hotel a we had the parking place. The breakfast was very deliciuos.

Service levels are excellent and maintenance is first class. What is notably good - staff, room quality, swimming pool, breakfast.
