“Rude staff in case of emergency and poor attention to customers’ needs”
The place is nice, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience: I booked a room for four people with a convertible sofa bed. Returning to the room at 11:00 PM to go to sleep, I noticed that the bottom sheet was missing from the sofa bed. There was a mattress cover, not cotton, but the sheet was missing. The reception closes at 11:00 PM, so I had to call an emergency number (which in itself is questionable for a 4-star hotel). The person who answered (I assume the owner) arrived within 10 minutes, but once inside, he told me that the mattress cover was the sheet, and with condescending and extreme rudeness, he left without resolving the issue or even saying goodbye. Only after I called again outside the room, the manager take the sheet, this time in cotton like the other sheets and pillowcases, and left a maid to make the bed, but he left again without even saying goodbye and with extreme rudeness. Therefore, I must point out the extreme rudeness and arrogance of the staff in charge of emergency management, as well as the sloppiness in setting up the sofa bed, something you wouldn't expect even from the worst hotels, much less a four-star one. I'm sorry, but I have to write this review out of good conscience, hoping this won't happen to others in the future.
