Alain is the perfect host... Absolutely great breakfast, nice room and comfy bathroom. Comfortable beds. Safe location to store our bicycles. Near the "voie verte".

It was cosy and clean, it had everything we could have needed and it was a small walk away from the centre of Dinard.

Alain was the perfect host and welcomed us with lots of great information about the property and Dinard and local area. He suggested and advised things to do and his advice was excellent and saved us a lot of time. The breakfast was exceptional with home made cake each day and a great choice of bread, pastries, ham, cheese and fruits from the garden. There a was good selection of tea and coffee available throughout the day and a small kitchen for us to use if we wanted to eat in. Alain was very attentive and meet all of our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The bedroom was spacious with good amenities and the bathroom was a good size with a good shower.

On July 6, we moved from Normandy to Bretagne. This wonderful place called "Chambres d'hotes Le Clos d'Enhaut" was chosen by me on Booking.com 3 months ago when I was planning our voyage in France. I read reviews about the owner, the place, the garden, the atmosphere, the joys of the countryside and the delicious breakfasts, and decided that at the end of a 15-day trip this would be exactly what we needed. And I was not mistaken. This village, in which we settled in Alan's house, is located in Bretagne, near the town of Dinard, and not far from the city of Saint-Malo. Why was it important for me to mark this place? I knew that my sister and I must definitely visit the abbey of Mont Saint-Michel, and it is located about 60-70 km from this place. This was my big dream, and it logically completed our journey around France in 2024. We arrived by car from Deauville in 2 hours and 45 minutes, and on the way, we saw Mont Saint-Michel in the distance! We arrived on time, and Alan was already waiting for us outside. He gave us a short tour of the house, garden, and yard, handed us the keys to the entrance and our room, and told us about the rules of residence. We settled in a wonderful rural place - in an old wooden house with a terrace, a garden, and beautiful interiors. We really liked the creaking of the steps, the old furniture, the dining room with the nice kitchen, the living room with the library, and our chambre on the first floor. The house and the room have everything you need for life - in the kitchen and dining room you can have breakfast with other guests, and have lunch and dinner yourself, there are dishes for cooking and serving. Refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, cooler, etc. We were happy, and immediately upon arrival, we had tea on the terrase with sandwiches and relaxed.

Very good apartment, clean, close to all major attractions, delicious breakfast, great host, would recommend.
