“Excellent apartment to stay in Dinant”

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment with everything you need for a short or even a long stay. Location is central and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to go to. Beds are very comfortable. The owner is very responsive and lovely. We appreciated a lot the fruits and other little presents left in the kitchen :-)

Wonderful stay, marvellous apartment, spacious rooms, friendly staff, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels in the bathroom, and we also received a welcome fruit basket and breakfast for the next morning. It was also great that there was some oil, salt, vinegar, etc. Cannot be better;)

“An absolute gem!”

The apartment is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The location is excellent, only a short walk into Dinant centre and we were able to park free of charge outside the building. We would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to spend time in this lovely old town. Thanks to Laurence for another great stay.

The property was excellent and I will be referring others to stay there in future, the atmosphere and all of the little touches such as the yogurt in the fridge made it feel so special and homey.

Beautifully presented. Lovely comfortable beds and everything was spotlessly clean. The chocolates Laurence left for us were soon eaten by our children.

“Spacious stay in Dinant”

The unit is very spacious and well equipped. It is a short walking distance from everything in town. Check-in was easy and the elevator made light work of getting our baggage upstairs. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom, which is a bonus for us. The shower is big and the water pressure very good. We travelled by car and the nearby FREE parking was an added bonus. The airconditioning in the living area was effective and appreciated, since our stay was during a very hot part of September. I had to get some work done, so the FREE wifi was a huge possitive.

“A first class apartment in a great location”

It was very easy to find the apartment and locate the keys, thanks to the excellent communications from Laurence. We were able to park on the street and there is also a free car park within a minute's walk. The apartment was beautifully furnished, we loved the large high ceilinged rooms and the big windows which made it feel very airy and spacious. Everything was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed to make the most of our stay. The bowl of fruit, the beers and water in the fridge and the biscuits and sweets were a very welcome surprise. The apartment was so much bigger than we expected. An excellent base from which to explore Dinant and the surroundings. We were very sorry to leave and will certainly return!

Probably one of the nicest apartments that we’ve stayed in. The host even left fruit / food for us and nothing was to much trouble. Would most definitely stay again if we return to the area etc

Dinant is a great place to visit. The appartement is in a great location. All is in a walking distance. The apartment is well equipped and the owner provided some food and a welcome fruit basket.

It was very nice that the owner surprised us with some snacks and fruits. They where put ready for us. Picking up the keys went ery smoothly and only a 10 min walk towards the center. Overall a good experience.
