Location, great cooking facilities, master bedroom very comfortable, attic bedroom inaccessible.

Great location, close to all types of shop and restaurant. We had trouble getting the TV to work but the lovely lady whose number we had as our contact couldn't have been more helpful.

The location is wonderful, around the corner from Dinan's beautiful Old Town. It is a very comfortable house and although I thought it small on arrival it had everything we could possibly require. It is a very pretty little house inside and out. The stairs might be difficult for small children or people with mobility issues but once we got used to it it was no problem. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cooking accessory you can imagine. We got very fond of this house and were sad to leave. We would highly recommend this house.

The property was perfect for four people. Very clean, well decorated. Perfect location, parking was very easy with the free parking permit. My advice is to pull up outside the property, pick up the free parking permit. Scan on the way in to the car park and on the way out. (Car park Hotel de ville)

The location was excellent and the house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the television and Jenja was very concerned to sort it out as soon as possible.

The property was in the centre of everything, restaurants, local supermarket, bakery, car park. A word of advice about free parking which brilliantly included. Park the car in the underground car park with free card provided by owner Jenya. When arriving at the car park take ticket from machine. Park car , however, when you want to exit car park ‘DO NOT’ put ticket in the machine , use card provided by Jenya to exit car park FREE. We txt with Jenya a couple of times for assistance and she was prompt, helpful and correct with her replies, Merci! The accommodation has everything you require for a holiday stay, Wi-Fi excellent, kitchen equipment excellent and whole property was exceptionally clean. We had an amazing time in Dinan and we would fully recommend a stay at La Belle à Colombage. Merci Jenya…Tony , Karen & Matt ❤️🇫🇷🇬🇧

“Outstanding in every aspect.”

Everything was excellent but the cleanliness was outstanding.

We were really happy to stay in this very old authentic beautiful house (old but perfectly renovated with care and taste). The location is perfect, the host was very helpful, also we would like to particularly mention the parking subscription which was very convenient.

The location was excellent and the bedrooms are spacious, it's a beautiful historic little bolthole excellently located for exploring Dinan with some great places to eat nearby

the stairs to the two upper floors you need to hold onto a rope so very hard to navigate . The parking was meant to be free but we were charged 70 euros on the last day and owner has not responded to my emails
