Great location, close to the Dinan town centre, grocery store and transport hubs. Hosts Laurence and Ludovic were great, one small problem with the TV and they came straight over to fix it. Apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need including car parking and washing machine.

This apartment was in an excellent position within easy walking distance of the main attractions and with easy access to shops and restaurants. The on site parking was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Host communication was excellent and any queries we had were answered very quickly.

Communication from the host was very good, sending photos of where to located the lock safe etc. The only thing missing was which was the allocated parking space. The apartment itself was excellent and we would definitelty stay there again if we return to Dinan. The apartment was close to edge of the historic old town so it was easy to walk to. There was a bicycle theme throughout the apartment and it had all of the facilities you could want.

A well-appointed apartment situated near the historic town centre. The bed was comfortable and all facilities were to a high standard. A private parking space was a bonus. The owners were responsive to our enquiries and supplied tea, coffee, and toiletries. A Carrefour supermarket was nearby, along with artisan bakers, pleasant bars, etc. Great local walks and stunning medieval architecture throughout the town, which was very clean and felt safe. The locals were all very friendly. I can't fault this place and highly recommend it.

The location was ideal for walking to the old town, and free parking made it very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were tasteful (to me, a cyclist!). Good shower and bathroom. Dinan is a lovely town.

A beautiful, stylish, spacious, quirky apartment with comfortable sofas and the mattress on the bed was divine! It contained everything that you could possibly need including a car parking space and a washing machine! We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was ideal! Excellent location, easy parking and well equipped. Great bathroom / laundry area. Very comfortable for a 4 night stay. The apartment was super quiet. Great bed, really comfortable. We also appreciated the small arrival gifts that the owners left for us.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a really good standard. It was in a great location to enable easy walking into town and had the added bonus of free parking space available at rear of the property. It had everything that you would need. Really nice patisserie located over the road for ease of sourcing fresh croissants for breakfast. Dinan was a lovely place to stay and we have recommended the accommodation to friends and family.
