Loved the location on the river and the beautiful water views. Very good quality restaurants only a few minutes walk. Onsite parking. Close to nature for walking.

“Beautiful setting”
This property is situated in a beautiful location, right on the river Rance with a view of the remparts. It is quiet and peaceful, but a number of bistros and good restaurants are very close by. Old town is within 15 minutes walk albeit somewhat steeply uphill. The apartment is clean and comfortable with most kitchen amenities. The shower is hot with good pressure. The wifi is reliable. Welcome gifts comprising local cookies as well as cereal boxes for kids were waiting for us on the kitchen table.

“Beautiful views”
This apartment had everything we needed for our 3 day stay in Dinan. It was comfortable, attractive and well equipped, and has a private car park. The views from the living areas are really beautiful, overlooking the river and town, and the apartment is close to many cafes, bars, etc. Our host, Edouard, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. His advice about things to do and see was immensely useful and he is extremely approachable. Thanks Edouard, for a great stay. We would not hesitate to recommend your apartment to others.

“Perfect stay for our one-week-vacation.”
Location of the appartement: Perfect. Close to the river. Close to a lot of restaurants. A short walk into the city. The appartement: Perfect; beds, furniture, everything is fine. The appartement is prepared for everything: self-cooking (lots of dishes!, cleaning machine, washin mashine, etc, etc...) The owner of the appartement: Perfect: Very nice and helpful person. Gave us a lot of ideas to make the best of our vacation. Helped us, when we had a little problem to find a proper garage for our car.

“Perfect apartment in perfect location”
it was in a fantastic location with great views over the Port of Dinan. The property had parking which was a huge bonus and a private garden. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Edouard, the owner was friendly and helpful too.
