The apartment is ideally placed being overlooking the River Rance, Dinan. The parking was superb, tucked away at the back. There was a little outdoor seating area. The apartment was well equipped. We found it extremely relaxing.

Perfectly situated near the bridge. Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Good parking and nice and quiet.

“A great place to stay for a cycling or site seeing holiday.”
Great location, perfect starting point for site seeing or cycling like we did. The accommodation has everything you need for a weeks stay, whilst the front door opens onto the street the rear of the accommodation is secure and private with plenty of room for parking. There must be at least a dozen restaurants within 5 minutes walk and the old centre of the town is not much further. We would definitely return in the future.

The location of Edouard's place is excellent. To stay for a week in the middle of such a historic town, and right on the river, was wonderful. There were two bonuses: secure, private parking, and Edouard himself. His attention to our needs and detailed advice about places to visit were the icing on the cake.
