Ann- Kathrin made a us feel so welcome and checked in on us periodically. The old building and its windows were amazing , everything you need is here .

EVERYTHING!!.... Ann Kathrin had done everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The welcome board in the kitchen was a particularly lovely touch. The apartment is a calm relaxing place to stay. It is great to have your own space in the centre of town, to relax between exploring the lovely shops, walks and views. Thank you, Ann Kathrin for helping to make my husband's birthday 🎂🥳 brilliant. Everything ...we loved the house and Dinan...Ann is a fantastic host and so sweet...they picked us up on the train station it was so kind...we had been travelling all day. The house is in the best location and is amazing!! Ann is adorable :D

Honestly this property is so beautiful. Everything single thing is taken into consideration, from the well stocked kitchen to the lovely touches such as candles ,mood lighting and soft classic furnishings. Ann-Kathrin our host was so accommodating, even checking in with us a few days into our stay . After exploring Dinan and the beautiful surroundings the highlight of the day, was people watching from the huge windows in the lounge . Just stunning . We could have stayed so much longer, the apartment felt like home .

The hostest is a lovely woman, She was kind and full of good intentions to make our stay convenientshe arranged the parking place for us . .the appartement is great, situated in an old building from the 1600 century. renovated with everything you need for a great stay. Meny treats, chocolates, beer, blankets, games, and the washing/drying machine really helpted in the middle of the trip.

The apartment is very comfortable, wonderfully equipped but first and foremost, it has a special charm due to it's historic character. The host Ann-Kathrine is super nice and responsive. We couldn't recommend it enough.

Everything perfect. Old building in historic centre but modern inside. Nice view from windows into the local streets. A lot of space in the room, kitchen equiped with everything. Pleasant friendly host Ann-Kathrine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Dinan is beautiful with great dining, shopping, medieval history and surrounded by natural beauty. The apartment is in the perfect location for walking everywhere and is just stunning. The attention to detail made us feel welcome and comfortable, with the perfect blend of old and new. The decor has a wonderful ambiance and all the comforts we needed. It is open and bright, clean, comfortable and charming. And those windows! Fabulous. Ann-Kathrin was very responsive and helpful and has done a beautiful job of creating a space we look forward to visiting again.
