“Fraud”
I feel obligated to share my recent experience at Greja, and unfortunately, it was nothing short of a nightmare. I hope my honest feedback can help others make informed decisions when considering this accommodation. Upon check-out, we encountered an extremely frustrating situation. We had to leave in the early hours of the morning, and no one was available to collect the key from us. To our dismay, the staff took advantage of this and later accused us of causing a stain that they admitted looked like nail polish. The catch? None of us even had nail polish with us! Despite our attempts to reason with them, they dismissed our concerns and deducted an exorbitant amount from our deposit compulsorily. Shockingly, we are still waiting for a refund of the deposit, even though the blame was unjustly placed on us. Moreover, the amenities provided were far from satisfactory. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, and we kindly asked the host to replace them. However, despite their assurances, the issue was never addressed, and we had to endure sleepless nights with unsuitable pillows. In light of our terrible experience, I highly advise against choosing Greja for your stay. The lack of accountability, coupled with the uncomfortable amenities, makes this a place I would not recommend to anyone. I sincerely hope that my review helps others make informed choices and that the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall guest experience.
