The place has a great atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the vinyl player and the record collection, which made the stay even more special. The Smart TV worked perfectly and was great for streaming. Everything was very clean and cozy. There is also free street parking, which was convenient. Overall, it’s a modern and comfortable apartment that I would definitely recommend.

“Exceptional place”

I can't recommend this place enough! Having stayed in many different apartments in Dilijan over the years, I can confidently say this is the best one. From the moment we walked in, we were delighted. The apartment is not only spacious but also full of personality, with an amazing record player and a wonderful selection of books that we truly enjoyed. For a family, the two full bathrooms were a game-changer, making our mornings so much easier. The entire experience was delightful, and we can't wait to come back. The host was perfect and made our stay even better.

The apartment is a delight. The bed is comfortable, the view is gorgeous, the communication with the owners - excellent. Special bonus for the gramophone!

Perfect for a peaceful getaway, it blends comfort with cinematic beauty, creating an unforgettable stay. Will definitely recommend!

The apartment is spacious and has everything could be needed and even more. Two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen (even with a coffee machine), comfortable bed and a book shelf with different books. Perfectly designed and super clean. The heating works well for winter (i'd been a bit worried about it before i came). A great view of the river, forest hills and mountains behind. The host answered very fast and sent me a detailed instruction how to get in. Looking forward to coming again.

“Lovely modern apartment in Dilijan.”

It was a lovely and well appointed modern and minimalist apartment. The furnishings were in good taste. Ample sheets and comforters. Very quiet building and walking distance to many restaurants. There were 2 banks near the entrance of the building which had a large modern elevator. The kitchen had all the basics with some spices, some coffee etc. Lot's of architectural coffee table books.

Very stylish apartments, gnaw everything you need to relax and enjoy. Nearby there are shops, a cool cafeteria and a great cafe. Panoramic windows overlooking the mountains make this place unforgettable.

Our stay at the apartment was great, it felt like a home away from home. We stayed for 11 nights, and were working remotely from the apartment, and it was very comfortable and fairly equipped with everything one might need. The view from the bedroom and the light coming through the living room in the morning is lovely and inviting to wake up to. The area is nice to walk around in, and close to the center and a short walking distance from all the cafes and restaurants in Dilijan. Davit was a great host, quick to check up and respond to any of our questions, and was very accommodating to our requests.

In this warm and cozy house, everything needed is at your disposal. The apartment is clean, spacious, full of light, and has a very delicate interior design. Davit, the host, was very caring and polite. This apartment is conveniently located near the center of town and a fairytale cafe Carahunge. If you plan to spend your holidays or weekend in Dilijan, make sure to visit also Parz Litch (lake), surrounded by magical forests typical for Tavush and Lori.
