I had a wonderful experience at Casanova Inn - Boutique Hotel. The hotel stands out for its comfort, cleanliness, and warm atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the excellent work of the staff — always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Erika for her professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable and truly memorable. Views are breathtaking! Probably breakfast with the best view one can wish! All necessary small things were at hand. Possibility to dine at the property.

The best thing about our stay were the staff members who were all very helpful and friendly, all spoke good English. Particularly the girls who served us in the restaurant were very friendly and polite. We enjoyed the breakfast (pancakes were delicious) and the restaurant food - there were plenty of vegetarian choices. We had the wild mushrooms and eggs which were super tasty. The hotel grounds were awesome, like a medieval castle, and the view was so good. The rooms were dated, but very clean, so we didn't mind. The bed was comfy.

very nice location charming garden. breakfast is excellent and the dining room is very beautiful and pleasant. the stuff does not speak English but tries willingly to help and is very friendly. we enjoyed our stay there very much.

The place is very quiet with pastoral views, perfect for getting out of the city noises and calming down. The rooms are clean so is the bathrooms. It’s a bit old vibe but we actually loved it. The restaurant is pretty good, we had there breakfasts and suppers and were satisfied by both.

Beautiful views from the window and the terrace. Delicious breakfast. The hotel is located in the older part of Dilijan. There is a grocery store nearby.

The calm and beautiful surroundings, view from the room and its balcony. Kind staff. They offered us a bigger room. Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant is nice. The bed was cozy. It was nice stay though.

The place is pretty and the price is ok, but they charged us the equivalent of one extra night for a round of laundry (30€), claiming they were already giving us a discount, and that really felt like a scam

We loved everything about the stay. Amazing staff, we could just send them a message and they would arrive and fulfill our needs. The views from our room were breathtaking, I think it can compare to or even better than Switzerland. Also, there is a working fireplace and we ordered and bottle of wine from a wonderful lady by the name of Erica, the evening was magical. Got to add about breakfast, it was tasty with huge variety, full of local specialties.

We had such a lovely stay up here at the Casanova Hotel. It's located a short 10 minute taxi ride (always a Yandex available) from the center of town and is nestled alongside a beautiful hill and overlooks the mountains around Dilijan. The atmosphere here is so warm and cozy with a really cool 1930's mountain chalet vibe. Each morning there is a scrumptious breakfast with plenty of variety (and slight variations each morning). Then there is a restaurant which has a lovely menu with plenty of tasty options at reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. The staff are super lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Vahan who has a heart of gold and speaks perfect English. Haik was also a champion and did a great job attending to our meals. We had a wonderful spacious and tidy room and were kindly upgraded as we arrived during a quiet period. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Dilijan to come and stay at the Casanova Hotel. You won't regret it!

This little hotel is just the type of place we like to support. It is quirky, clean, comfortable, affordable, the food is really delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also slightly outside of town in a quiet area, and we visited towards the end of the season, so the hotel was nice and peaceful.
