“Lovely, peaceful lodge.”
The lodge was lovely and surprisingly spacious. The sauna was a big hit and the beds were comfortable. The area was lovely and peaceful and close to lots of activities and things to do. After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a little apprehensive about the cleanliness of the lodge, the path to it and the staff on site. I needn't have worried, the lodge was clean, the path is only a short walk from the car park and was fine (although I can appreciate it might be muddy at the wrong time of year) and the staff were all helpful and friendly.

“ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
Absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing experience! We booked a tiny house for 2 days, but upon arrival, we were asked to wait for about 15 minutes, only to be told afterward that the cabin had already been given to someone else. They blamed it on a “Booking error” and simply said they couldn’t help us. We drove 200 km to get there and another 200 km back – a total of 400 km completely wasted. No solution, no accountability, and unbelievably, not even a simple apology. The staff’s attitude was shocking and completely unprofessional. This was a total waste of time, money, and energy. Avoid this place at all costs. Definitely do NOT recommend!!!!!!!

“Nice”
The lodge was very nice, but I have to say that we felt a bit mislead. The pictures in Booking showing a totally different environment, as if the lodge/house belongs to a big hotel village/camper village. In reality, the lodge was totally isolated from the main hotel, far from reception, play grounds, pool, shop, everything. We had to carry our languages to our house on a muddy road for 5 min cause all the strollers were away. All of it wasn’t so dramatic, just that the photos are very much misleading in regard to how the whole outdoor looks like. We expected to be able to have a small fire in the garden in the evenings, which wasn’t even an option, cause it lacked the equipment. The house was great, not the most clean (under the beds were a LOT of dust), but the rest was great. A good accommodation for this price, I would though take in consideration that there are no outdoor facilities close by.

“Just okay”
Quite remote vacation park, but good amenities on the property. Good for families, a bit less for couples. For those 2 day stay is more than enough. The restaurant offers very nice food, we've also enjoyed renting the bakfiets and exploring the nature area.
