Overview
Overlooking the Diernæs Bay, Vikær Strand Camping & Cottages offers a private child-friendly beach and cottages with a private terrace and WiFi access. Haderslev town centre is a 10-minute drive away. A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge and coffee maker is featured in all cottages at Vikær Strand. Most feature sea views. Cottages have either a private bathroom or access to shared facilities. Freshly baked bread is available all days during high season and on weekends in low season. Basic groceries are available at the on-site kiosk. Restaurants are found in the surrounding area. Leisure facilities include a mini golf course and a beach with beach volleyball nets and fishing opportunities. Children will enjoy the 2 on-site playgrounds with bouncy castles. The property also offers an indoor TV lounge with a games room and a play area. Fishing is also possible at Lake Slivsø, 3 km away. Kolding city centre is a 25-minute drive from the property.

“Wonderful, simple yet sufficient.”
It's a lovely location, and well-run and facilitated camp site. Great to be outdoors and have a view, nice that there's a family room for shower and bath time with small children. Our child couldn't get enough of the huge air trampolines for bouncing and playing.

“Beatiful and lovely campsite at the beach”
We had the small cottage without running water. Which is very well equiped, with 4 comfortable beds, a table and chairs inside and outside, a fridge, watercooker, coffeemaker, electric cooking, electricity, lights, all necessary kitchen supply etc. The also included pillows are good and the blankets are warm. So everything perfect, and you don’t need to bring anything. The watertap is very closeby, as is the new and nice sanitary station. Including an oven, microwave and cookingstation. The campsite is big but also very beautiful, directly at the beach. Many places have seeview. Because the campsite is setup spacious it doesn’t feels busy or big, but nice. All in all a beautiful and well maintained campsite! Two nice towns and supermarkets are a short car drive away

Location is amazing, beautiful beach. A very well organised and laid out site with lots for the kids. Staff were brilliant. Chalet was well equipped, clean and great view. Great value.

We really like the calm beach, it's good for kids. The staffs are very friendly and helpful! Family Bathroom was good for us. Kids had fun on their Playgrounds.

“Cottage up on the slopes overlooking the sunset”
This is what camping is supposed to be like. The location is lovely overlooking the beach and bay. The cottages are immaculate and tidy and nothing is missing. Watching the sunset while sitting out on the veranda is lovely. The cottages certainly are worth more than a one night stay

The location is excellent. The sea view is just stunning - no matter if stormy or sunshine. It's great to be so close to the water. Just wonderful.
