“Spacious rooms, amazing buffet with lots of variety, room view didn't live up to expectations.”
We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The buffet was amazing with a wide variety of tasty meals, exactly what you hope for in an all-inclusive stay. Drinks and cocktails were on par for an all-inclusive stay. Some of the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Pool area was spacious with a lot of things to do, also very good for kids. Entertainment at night was also excellent.

“Disappointed to say the least”
Turkish A la Carte Restaurant was good and the staff was amazing especially Omer Uslu. The water slides were good, the size of the hotel and the pools were big. The villa rooms are good.

This was our second stay at Aquasis Hotel, and it was another fantastic holiday! We want to thank all the staff who made it possible. Special thanks to the Customer Relationship team for promptly addressing and following up on even the smallest issues. The hotel grounds are extensive, and despite its large capacity, we never felt crowded at the pools or the beach. However, if you have dinner around 8 PM, you might have to wait for a table due to the crowd, but it’s not a big deal. There are activities for everyone, whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation. The hotel’s architecture is well-designed, so you don’t encounter issues with overcrowding or finding sunbeds. The food was excellent, and the service staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly. Special thanks to Yusuf Bey, one of the restaurant managers, who served us dinner even though we arrived late on our first day; Yunus Bey, who organized our meal; Berat Bey at Yakut restaurant, who served us with great energy throughout our stay; and Sabriye Zengin, who kept our room spotless during our stay. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return next year for a longer stay.
