A very nice, small object where I spent two nights in Feb. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very well equipped. There is a lovely rooftop terrace where you can relax. The property representative is always available, responds quickly if you need anything. Breakfast is served in a separate restaurant with a beautiful ocean view (they provides free transport, even though it’s only a 10-minute walk). The beach is just a 3-minute walk away.

“Perfect location and lovely staff”
Perfect location - only minutes from beach’s and restaurants. Breakfast was included, which they put on a free tuk tuk to take you, breakfast was great free choice of the menu. No check in desk but go into the shop down stairs. The staff were amazing, very friendly and sorted out Laundry and taxis. The room has toothpastes and toothbrushes to use, very clean. Would stay here again, we stayed with kids and got two beds in a big airy room.

Beta’s place was in a perfect location between Dikwella and Hiriketiya. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower is powerful, hot and luxurious.

Property was located right next to the road so we had an easy access to get in and out. The facilities were excellent, really clean & spacious. The staff, specially Pramith, was very helpful and friendly. He shared a lot of valuable advice and local knowledge.

There was no one there to meet me, no one responded to my WhatsApp and email messages when I got to the property and the place looked NOTHING like the photos on booking,com. Luckily I was able to cancel and book other accommodation.

Great value for money! Rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, with AC, fan, and super comfy bed with quality linens. Loved the welcome kits with toothbrushes and toothpaste. Location is quiet, next to a beautiful sunset beach, and just a short tuk-tuk ride to Hiriketiya.

On Main Street but not noisy in the room at all. Nice roof top mostly enclosed space. Free tuk tuk to beachside breakfast, best breakfast of trip so far.
