“Great location, well equipped, clean, but not a great value due to poor maintenance”
First, both hosts were excellent in communication. Also, no problems with English. We also appreciated that they waited for us to give us the keys when we got a bit delayed due to big accident on highway from Genova. The location is perfect. The apartment is on the quiet and hilly side of Diano Marina, away from most of the rush of the city, with beautiful overlook of the bay and sea. It's also nice it's within gated community, it feels safer, and there's little traffic in front and around. No problems with parking approx 50 meters from the apartment (outside season). In the apartment we loved the big window spanning the main room, with the sea view, and nice partially covered terrace for breakfast or so. The mattresses were comfortable, both the main one in the bedroom and the expandable sofa for children. There was quite a lot of storage space for our stuff. Wifi was stable and fast. Grocery stores, cafes and everything else is just 15 minutes walk. Beach is approx 10 minutes walk.
