“Good prie for cosy, spacious villla”

Cosy and nice villa. Very attentive and friendly staff. Nice location. Beach nearby, safe and clean. Spacious : a lot of rooms, nice pool. Small minuse : Ants were visiting if Any food left uncovered. Kitchen needs repair as all furniture needs replacement.

We had planned a family reunion of eight at Tichi villas. On arrival. It felt like home away from home. The welcome we received from the host Carol and her staff, Juma, Chef Kombo, Sophie, and Kelvin was wonderful. The compound is beautiful. The house is tastefully decorated. Everything was looked into with attention to detail, and everyone was always on hand, ready to help. The rooms were all a good size for all the family to fit in, and none of the rooms felt cramped. Outside the house, you have tuk tuks if you are not driving to help you get into town. The outdoor pool and hot tub was warm and clean, which we used daily and the children were always going in for a dip. We even enjoyed evening swims after sundown as it was cool and refreshing, and outside had good lighting. The house has air conditioning in all the rooms and an upstairs dining table to have meals as a family. The two master rooms upstairs facing the front of the villa have a spacious shared balcony, which was big enough to for a 4 seater table as well extra sofas for 5 persons. If you watched closely, you will see many monkeys passing by in the trees. At the front of the villa is a seating area large enough to hold 9 persons, and it was nice and cool there. Definitely request for chef Kombo. His food is delicious, and he is always ready to accommodate or guide you on the dishes to make. His chapatis, mahamri, lyonnaise potatoes, pork sausages, the list is endless. They all went down a treat. At every meal time, all the food was laid out on the table really well and covered up. The house is about 5 minutes straight walk from the beach. There are two lovely friendly dogs at the property (Rio & Ginger) We would definitely recommend this villa and we give our stay 10/10

Basically everything. Rooms and bathrooms were above par and the fans and conditioners worked excellent. Plus the distance to the beach wasn't far.

Spacious house. Our hosts (Sophia and Juma) took care of cleanliness and safety. I especially recommend using the services of the Kombo chef - the food was delicious and the culinary experience was indescribable. I highly recommend this property.

The beach is less than a 3 min walk which was amazing. Considering I had a baby the staff really catered to my needs

Spacious villa with an adequate swimming pool. AC in rooms. Safe and quiet location with only 5 min walk to the ocean. What more can you ask for? This place is amazing and our chef Ben has made our stay even better preparing all the delicious local meals. Highly recommend.
