I liked both the location and the hospitality. Charles was amazing managing our stay and ensuring that we felt comfortable and relaxed. Excellent cooking of the chef and exceptional service in general! We requested a late check out and we placed for free into the penthouse so that we could take a shower and relax after the beach. The transfer to /from the airport worked perfectly! Definitely, I would recommend it for your stay in Diani Beach. I liked that there was a great variety of options whether you are traveling as a couple of with a group.

The Facilities are so amazing, beautiful Villa overlooking the beach 🏝️ I had my own private swimming pool, the design of my Villa was so unique everything was just perfect a really comfortable bed, Amazing bathroom with a nice bath tab, the staff were so friendly and would go out of their way to help out, the food was exceptional the Chef does a very good job 👏, the place overlooks the amazing white Sand beach it’s so breath taking I couldn’t have enough all praise to this Beautiful property.

It's located with reach of all amenities. Has a beach front access with great security meaning less interruptions from outside. Roms are sizeable with a relaxed outlay. Staff are wonderful and ensure there's always someone at hand ready to offer a helping hand

The location of the house was nice, close to the beach, not so many beach boys.

Breakfast was wonderful. A chef was assigned to us and created every day a delicious breakfast which we enjoyed. The staff was discreet and professional. Highly recommended.

This residence has charm! Old fashioned with a great area and pool. Breakfast made after demand and you can have your own chief. The place feels a bit as a home where you visit your friends. The beach is fantastic and snorkeling options (going by boat) directly outside the property

We just came back from Mzima Beach, where we stayed for 9 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place itself is beautiful, but what really made it special were the people. Everyone was so kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Room service was just perfect — always on time, incredibly attentive, and everything was spotlessly clean. You could tell how much care and pride they put into every little detail. Coming back to a beautifully made room every day felt so comforting. Charles, the manager, was absolutely fantastic — always smiling, full of life, and spreading so much positive energy around. He really made the whole experience shine. My husband also had a deep tissue massage from Emely, and she was absolutely amazing. She really knows what she’s doing — professional, caring, and so skilled. He felt completely relaxed and renewed afterward. Mzima Beach isn’t just a beautiful place to stay — it’s a place filled with heart. The people there make all the difference. We left with so much gratitude and so many happy memories.

First and Foremost, the staff were wonderful. That alone would make me return. Charles and Danson were always on hand to help with anything and the friendliness was second to none. Then Charles who looked after the Pool was such a lovely man, with such a lovely smile and chat and again always nice to see him and he kept our pool sparkling clean. Location was perfect for us and used to love getting up early for a jog along the wonderful beach, followed by a swim and then breakfast. Will definitely return to Diana beach.
