Very quiet...but I think we were the only ones here. Beach very close n a very secure safe environment.

The Address Diani. It's part of a gated Neighborhood with Villas only and a security gate You cook for yourself, The owner has gone over and beyond on the kitchenware and very comfortable Sofas. You have a huge private balcony. The beds are the largest in Diani and yes I have visited most of the hotels for many years in Diani. The Facility has a private pool which you share with two or three other units. Each unit is 2 bedroom (I think ). The AC is very very strong across the unit. WiFi is also strong including in the bedrooms. It's perfect for kids too. It is right in the heart of Diani next to Main Diani Beach road. A short walk to the beach. Very close to CarreFour supermarket.

We come to Diani often and this was a nice discovery! We will be back. The apartments has all comforts. The attention to details and all the little items available for the guests are impressive. Fully equipped kitchen. Great bathrooms with amazing water pressure and wonderful showers (not a given in Kenya). Beds are so comfortable. The place is spacious and very well decorated. Living room space very nice, especially nice to use if raining or after a full day diving. Netflix available on the TV and very well thought power arrangment for the property, so that main appliances are protected from power cuts. Great location, walkable distance from Carrefour Supermarket, and available TukTuks at reasonable prices right outside the gate.

“Clean and quiet stay”

Lots of space for 2 people, good kitchen, quiet, friendly staff

The lower floor two bedroom apartment we occupied was spacious, very well equipped, very clean with many tv channels and Netflix available. The reception for WiFi in and outside the apartment was also excellent. The apartments located in a gated complex are very well secured from both tbe beach access and road access. On top.of all this the location is perfect in the centre of Diani. 5 minutes strole to the beach via the private access road and there are many shops,restaurants, supermarkets, and bars located within walking distance from the Diani Beach Road entrance Ali the host who took time out to greet me on arrival is very informative and welcoming. He explains all the workings of the apartment and advises on good places to eat and shop from a local perspective. Also communication with Ali was excellent before arrival which in some cases with a private host is not always tbe way Infact all the staff were very helpful accommodating and pleasant. Nothing was ever to much trouble.. We would almost certainly return for another visit. For what you are getting and the location the price is very competitive

“Lovely place in Diani!”

The apartment is huge and very clean, the bed is very good, there is an airco, it is in the center of Diani Beach, so the location is perfect and Ali is willing to help with everything. I would highly recommend staying here. There is a supermarket close by (10min by foot) and there is a swimming pool

Such a cozy villa with nice pool area, everything was always clean. Friendly staff. Very safe and quiet area on a private street right next to the beach. We enjoyed our stay 100% and would definitely go back!

The location was brilliant the villa was more than adequate the staff from the gardener to the room steward was exceptional.

We had a great time at Fiorella Beach Hse. Ali and Hope were genuinely friendly, responsive and attentive without being overbearing. The house was impeccably clean and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, organized and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect . Quiet enough for a peaceful stay and just on the beach, yet within easy reach to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a great experience and looking forward to staying there again.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay here. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the start and really nice throughout. The place was clean and spacious. It really felt like home. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Located centrally close to malls and entertainment spots. We hired an excellent chef recommended by the host. The food and presentation was great. The host went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

This is arguably the best place to stay in Diani. I actually didn't want to leave because the location is amazing (private access to the beach a few metres away) and the place itself is beautiful and quiet. Juliet (housekeeper) and Ibrahim (gardener) were generous always with their time and assistance. The place is on the main road close to the shops and beach. I loved listening to the ocean at night when everything is quiet.
