i did inform the property the arrival time (at 7-8PM); but when i arrived at 9.00PM, they claimed on me due to my late arrival, and said the check-in time is at 12.00. Because i am late, the room is not ready!!!??? Even that I already paid the room before I arrived. Then the receptionist asked me to wait, because he came to clean the room. After waiting for 10-15mins. i could get into my room and see the trash bin was left of "trash" of the previous guests.

Went there only 1 night to get a break from travelling. The owner is superfriendly and helpful. It’s actually a quiet, peaceful area and the shopping mall is close.

“Good hotel with hospitable and helpful staff!”
I booked this hotel because its location is close to National University. It takes about 10 minutes to National University by Grab. The room is quite good, furniture (bedsheets) is not so new but acceptable. The highlight is that the staff is so nice and willing to help! They helped me to prepare breakfast at 6:00am as we had to leave early for the national examination. If you have things to do around National University, I think you can choose this hotel.

“Good enough”
Friendly, helpful English-speaking reception staff. Strong air-con. Pleasantly clean room walls and ceiling. Great location - very quiet but near the main highway and all food (market, bakery, cafes).
