Great location, big room with a great view, super close to an amazing beach. The staff were very nice! Also had a parking just across the street which is really good considering the area is not easy to park.

“Very bad experience”
I booked a room weeks in advance, only to receive a last-minute call one day before my arrival saying that my reservation had been canceled and I should simply "find accommodation elsewhere". Completely unprofessional and rude, with a total lack of respect for guests and travel plans.

Good location, close to one end of Dhermi beach, and an easy walk down from the bus stop.. Nice balcony. Dhermi is fairly expensive overall so this is a lower-budget option if needed.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable! I had clearly arranged a check-in at 6:00 PM and received two confirmation emails from the host confirming this time. However, at 3:05 PM, I suddenly received a message saying that “check-in is only valid until 3:00 PM” — something that was never mentioned before. I called multiple times but got no answer. Later, the host simply texted that the room had been given to other guests and that “there’s nothing I can do.” We were two pregnant women left outside with no help or solution offered. This was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

An absolute disgrace! Zero professionalism and no respect for guests. I had a confirmed reservation made well in advance, and just ONE day before arrival they cancel it without any clear explanation, without offering any alternative. I had three other bookings connected to this one. Is this how you treat paying guests who trust your service? I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects reliability, respect, or basic hospitality.

The Hotel is very close to the Beach. There is a private parking in the backyard( it was a Bit difficult to park when the Place was Full but the owner helped us ) The room was comfortable with a nice Balcony

Very welcoming host. was Very responsive. Helped us with the directions and also dropped us back at the bus station. The place is just 150-200 mts from the beach and Luciano beach restaurant ( the best one in Dhermi in my opinion) . The hotel is 750-900 mts from the bus station where Tirana to Sarande bus stops. If you are carrying a heavy luggage , I'd suggest to just take a taxi from the bus station . They charge 5 Euros to the hotel but may be less if you are lucky. There is a market just opposite to this place, so it's very convenient to buy stuff. For food, in my opinion, nothing can beat Luciano by the beach side . The rates are very nominal and the view from the restaurant is phenomenal.

Clean and big appartment with big balcony and sea views. Couple of mins walk to the beach and has mini market across the road. Close to bus stop going to Sarandë / Vlorë Quick check in- no complaints ! Perfect for a quick stop over in Dhermi

“Good apartment, good location and nice host!”
The host was very patient and charismatic. Really nice! The apartment was very well sized, cleaned and organized. Good internet also. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were nice, mattress a bit soft, but that's just common in hotels and similar. The bathroom was nice, with good space. The location is really close to the beach and has a good restaurant and market just across the street. Access is only by stairs. All in all, a very good place! I would definitely stay there again.

Big room with nice sliding doors to a big sunny balcony. Table, chairs and clothes rack on the balcony. A few minutes walk to the beach. Good off street parking. Friendly host.
