“Good comfortable stay on a budget”
Close to the masjid and also to the airport. There is a nice lake and the area is quiet prat of uttara. The pick up service was good as it can be considering the situation at the airport. The staff also resolved an issue I had albeit a bit later than I would have wanted.

Communication in getting picked up from airport was immediate, clear and easy. Room was comfortable and clean. Hot shower. Breakfast did the job. Toast, marmalade, an egg. Tea or coffee and water. All staff were friendly and polite.

“Fantastic, Safe, Good Hospitality.”
Excellent service and great hospitality. Mr. Hasan was very helpful and caring during our stay in dhaka. Food was also excellent the serve food 24/7 and only one suggestion i would like to give that the restaurant should change breakfast menu daily or alternatively. Because we stayed for a week and breakfast was same, but on request the hotel changed it for us. The entire hotel staff was good.

“Disgusting”
Bathroom fittings were loose and licking water constantly. shower water drainage was too slow that you have to complete your shower standing in dirty water.Then they changed my room,but the room they have given, AC wasn't good enough and old, it was also constantly licking water. My shirt, table and the room carpet got wet off the water. I called them 5-6 times describing the situation but they were too reluctant to provide any service against that.They only provided one towel for two persons. After calling them quite a few times they didn't bring the towel and I had an emergency meeting but got a late shower and eventually got late to attend the meeting. In a word it was a frustrating stay.

We had given a special note for the airport drop-off and pickup service while booking. But when we went to the hotel, the reception completely denied it and said that we were not in touch with anyone. But after we booked, we called the number given on the website and got everything fixed. The person at the reception was not very good, but the person on duty at night was good.
