The location is astonishing! Close to the beach and with an amazing view, surrounded by a nice garden. You can enjoy the same view from the swimming pool. Highly recommended!

The view from morning coffee on the patio was stunning and the the kitchen had everything you would need. The room was super comfortable, quiet and relaxing. “An amazing 10 days spent in paradise.”

Au ´ti Sucrier is simply stunning and even exceeded our expectations. The photos give a good idea of the property and its facilities but sometimes pictures just can’t do a place justice. It really seemed like paradise. We were 2 couples in 2 side by side apartments. We ate together in one of our outdoor kitchens overlooking the pool and sea and had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. We loved every minute of our stay using the pool each day, it never became crowded. We walked across the road to the pretty beach and enjoyed swimming and snorkelling in the warm waters. We ate breakfast the first and last mornings in the restaurant area; granola, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, local jams and excellent coffee. The location is perfect for seeing some of the most beautiful beaches and eating out in Deshaies (and sampling the cocktails) all within a 10 minute drive. Thank you to all the staff who were super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the company of Doby the most well behaved dog ever! , who came to see us from time to time and lie in the shade outside our apartments. I could not recommend this property highly enough.

The accommodation was comfortable and opposite a lovely beach. Ships and restaurants were nearby.

Stunning location above Plage Leroux, stunning property and gardens with hummingbirds. Glorious sunset views from the terrace of our room and the pool. The owners and staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly.

The location is amazing, the less touristy side of the island. With it’s own pool and super sun loungers or the choice of the beach down below for swimming. very relaxed and laid back environment. Outdoor kitchen for self catering or restaurant for breakfast or evening meal. Other authentic restaurants for Creole cooking and Ti-Punch 5 mins walk.

This was an ideal combination between a hotel and self catering. The location was magnificent and the grounds beautiful and well cared for. The room we had was large, the bathroom huge. Air conditioning worked very well. The outside covered terrace with mini kitchen was well equipped and great for putting together your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. We tended to eat out well once a.day and then enjoy a baguette or croissant from the ver local boulangerie. The beach is very close and a decent restaurant is just across the road. Overall this is a great property, very well located and makes a good centre for local day trips.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The staff were super nice and helpful, all was impeccably clean, the apartments, garden and pool are all beautiful and its only a few minutes from one of the best beaches in that part of Guadeloupe.

Beautiful location offering fabulous sea views. Very short walk to nearby beach and also a .good sized swimming pool in the lovely gardens. Relaxed environment. Comfortable simple accommodation with terrace or large balcony. Self catering option is a real bonus. Owners Stephanie and Nicholas are helpful and friendly.
