Different to pictures, humidity, rooms in poor condition, one day fire alarm went on for more than 1 hours at 6 am, drunk receptionist during couldn’t communicate, unfriendly staff. Only cleaning ladies tried them best. Very poor breakfast.

the hotel employee did not know English. he didn't understand what I was saying so he didn't open the entrance gate. He didn't let me into the hotel. I slept all night in the car outside the hotel. This is unacceptable

There is a smell of smoke in the room, which completely disgusting and not worthy in the year 2023. We travel a lot to France and always stay in the neighbourhood of Chateauroux, this was the worse experience. The room was well cleaned, bed is ok and towels are ok.

“Pleasant. Very comfortable bed. Laundry delivery is a problem at 05,30”
The fact that we were put in room 31,which was rite next to the laundry room. And at 05,30,i was woken up by what sounded like a train passing the hotel room, and I soon realised that it was the laundry delivery. I understand that laundry must be delivered and collected, but why not have another place within the complex to store this, instead of directly next to and facing the downstairs hotel rooms. This spoiled my stay after driving over 300kms before my arrival. Other than this, my stay was pleasant.

“All worked out ok in the end”
The actual booking was for the Airport hotel where we had stayed a couple of weeks ago. We ended up opposite in a different Hotel .. Your receptionist didn’t make the changes fully clear and we spent ages searching for the rooms
