The location was very central for my travel needs, a short walk from the conference venue (Mission Ballroom), and other networking activities. Room was large, bed and pillows comfortable, and fitness centre adequate (if you mainly want cardio workouts).

The Staff was very helpful. Great location to where I needed to go. Beds were comfortable! Just had a over all great stay!

Great place to stay in a great location outside of downtown. Liked that there's a coffee place with food downstairs that opens at 6.30am

“A good start to my Roadtrip”

Front Desk staff were fantastic and super helpful. Room was great, clean - most important and I found the bed to be comfy. The Arts District was good walking distance.. all good thanks Ladies.

Hôtel located near RTD railway station (38th Blake). 10min from Union Station with RTD. Some great restaurants & brewery in RiNo disctrict. Hotel is very clean

“Shameful treatment by the front-desk guy”

The guy at the front desk treated me like sh*** because I am a Latino woman and he was mocking me because of my accent. I hope the hotel managers do something about it, it is a shame that the hotel has someone with poor professional ethics in their staff. I hope no one else have this type of treatment

This hotel was very clean and looked great! The rooms were a good size, two queen beds, a kettle and tea (and coffee) which I loved. You don't often get a kettle in hotels in the USA. Bed was comfortable and the decor was really lovely. It felt like a nice place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to print a car rental voucher and they were able to do this for me. I was so grateful. Close to a natural grocer, it was about a two min walk so location was great.

The parking is a multi story car park one block away there is a charge for this which is for the day go in and out whenever you want but I didn't mind as you park your own car and I didn't want to park on the street. Great hotel quite new. Very nice staff and easy check in. Very nice room fully equipped, You can pay for breakfast I didn't as there's always Taco Bell, right. The walk to downtown is quite long maybe 30 minutes, not sure if there are buses as I always used the rental scooters (beware pot holes) or bikes that are usually parked outside.

Awesome hotel, the room 10/10 for both comfort and style. It was the best on our trip thru the States (in similar category). Exactly what we needed for the last day. Also great view. There is rooftop bar, and while they have parking handled in the nearby garage, one can also easily park on the street.
