Everything was terrible. I had requested two adjoining rooms for 5 people, and they didn't have any. I asked for two regular rooms and they refused to rent them to me because I only had one ID. They suggested I cancel and I did, but they didn't refund my money.

Booked with breakfast included and once in the property they told us they dont serve any breakfast at all

Location is good. 2 Bus stops a short walk from the hotel. Also several places nearby to grab breakfast and/or any other meal. Target is right in the backyard which was a big plus for us.

The room was very smelly and dirty. Moreover the area is not in cherry Creek.

1. The property has the potential to be excellent but fell short in several basic areas. 2. They issued a partial refund as compensation.

1) Price includes Breakfast, but breakfast not provided. 2) Price includes provision of crockery, cutlery etc. - not provided except for additional charge 3) No clothes hangers provided, I had to request 4) Only one small bar of soap, no body wash, shampoo - only obtained on request 5) Complained to manager about all the above, and she promised a significant refund. As of today, no refund received.

Even though I had a reservation in advance, I was told I can not stay because of the overbooking. And surprisingly, THEY REFUSES TO REFUND IT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS TOTALLY THEIR FAULT. And not only that, THEY REFUSES TO REPLY ANY EMAIL REGARD THIS CASE NOT ONLY FROM ME, BUT ALSO EVEN FROM BOOKING.COM. So currently neither I and booking.com can not make a contact with them. I really don't understand why booking.com is still listing this hotel even though they can't contact with them. For those who reading this, do not stay here if you do not want to waste your money. And for a hotel person, Just reply the email and refund it.

“Okay place, probably not the best location for a woman traveling alone”

The room is okay. The bed is comfortable. Its nice to have a refrigerator. The breakfast in the lobby is just granola bars & packets of instant oatmeal, but the coffee was very good. The front desk person Lynne, was very nice & helpful.

Helpful friendly staff, but sadly, that is where the positive stuff ends.

“ROACH MOTEL”

This place is filthy - I arrived at 3:00 to check in and the cleaner was still in the room - when I asked to be moved to another room, the desk clerk was uncooperative and said they were full. Not everyone had checked in yet, still she would not move me. I wasn't able to check in until 4:30. I found a roach in the kitchen, dirty dishes inn the cabinets, and finally, when leaving - a homeless person standing at the bottom of the stairs in their underwear . There was a Taylor Swift concert in town so no hotels to be found. This place is not as advertised and you need to take it off of your list.

Breakfast was a granola bar and juice nothing to brag about and not pots for cooking my own.

Location was nice, most of the staff we interacted with were very nice.

The location is great. There are a few supermarkets and places to eat nearby. The WIFI was OK. However, the downsides are quite a few. Breakfast is offered but it's not much (no seating, very very basic).

The staff was super helpful and the room was just what we needed. Very comfortable, just a bit old and some things were falling apart.

Wonderful, clean and well-equipped rooms! Free parking in front of the rooms.
