“Most unwelcoming hotel in Colorado.”
Nothing - receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. Before any welcome we were told $25 surcharge for being early and no refunds. Property by main road, pool area poor and generally a bad experience. We will be complaining to DoubleTree Hilton and seeking a refund as we were charged despite cancelling with the rude receptionist. Will be recommending receptionist training to Hilton.

Bed too soft and uncomfortable. Needs refurb. Decoration and bathroom quite old. Noisy room, mainly due to ice machine by the door, loud fridge and Aircon. Unfriendly front desk staff.

“Excellent stay and I will definitely stay here again!”
The location of the hotel at Colorado Blvd. and Cherry Creek Drive North is very convenient to Cherry Creek and Downtown Denver. The parking garage enables me to get my car out of the weather and provides an added level of security. The rooms are very comfortable, and the restaurant and lounge service are great.

“Standard business hotel in commercial area, nice staff”
The hotel met my expectations for the price, including decent furnishings and features, on-site parking, and close to commercial and east-Denver attractions. It has a huge pool.

“great experience, but avoid taking the breakfast”
The room was great. The desk is very convenient to work. The bed is comfy. Linens are ok. The bathroom is ok. The flush of the toilets lacks a bit of pressure.

“Great stay excellent location to football stadium and shopping mall.”
Mountain View and the garage access to the room. Free cookies baked fresh and having the bar down stairs. Breakfast and having towels for room. Bed was completely comfortable and the market in the lobby.
