We are truly grateful for the hotel staff’s outstanding support during our trip. After experiencing a car accident, we needed to quickly arrange a replacement vehicle. The staff kindly helped us contact the rental company and even booked a taxi, which saved us valuable time and made a stressful situation much easier. “Poor hygiene, poor staff help”
